What's the reason for this manifesto? The answer lies in the tombs stones that dot the landscape, and the lives have been destroyed. The answers are also given by vote buying politicians. The researchers who compromised their integrity all for the almighty dollar. All this in the pursuit of a failed policy. The Policy is called the War On Drugs.
They are the new disciples following a new "holy trinity" of Wealth, Power, and Ego. Their belief system comes from "social Darwinism". Anyone who doesn't fit in not matter the reason is and must be destroyed. Examples are as follows.
In January 1984, Daryl Gates the creator of drug education program, DARE was asked by a parent at a San Fernado Valley Ca, public school, "what can I do if I find my child has used Marijuana" he replied "it's too late. Once the have smoked one Marijuana cigarette, they are lost to us forever."(1)
Gates, also testified before the Senate that casual cannabis user's ought to be "taken out and shot" (2)
Love ones are placed in the unenviable position of choosing between their loved ones and total ruin
